We are continuously working on improving Artwin Live. Not only by refining existing components but also by adding features that closely align with how users work with the system daily.
The design of the interface has been adjusted, we have added a daily schedule with availability mail, and improved the mobile app in multiple areas. Before we do this, first, an important change.
Initially, when you search for a client in a booking or for an invoice, nothing has changed. Only when you select a contact or edit an existing booking or invoice, will you see that there are now 2 fields: Company and Contact Person. This does not apply if you select a Private individual.
The difference with the old version is that the information is no longer in the booking, but there is a link to the company and the contact person in your relationship database. So be careful when editing a company or contact person, as you are editing that for all bookings and invoices.
We have added a new feature. You can now directly add a contact person by clicking on the plus sign in the Contact Person field. If you want to start over, press the cross and the fields will be reset.
Tables are now standard display. Below is one of the current overviews to check the status of the contract, invoice, and budget.
Artwin Live has orange/red as its main color. This color is also used for the buttons and for the current selection. However, red is by definition a warning color. Throughout the application, we use a blue color for this.
We have added a special dark theme. By default, it is set to automatic, so if your system changes to dark mode, Artwin Live will change along with it.
In this new version of your Roster, you can now see in one overview which artists and acts are available on a specific date. Handy for agencies with many artists and helps to prevent overbooking.
Thanks to this daily schedule, you can now send a list of the availability of your artists and acts with one click. An efficient way to respond to requests or actively promote your artists.
