In December, we rolled out several updates to Artwin Live aimed at creating more clarity and reducing manual work in day-to-day use. Rather than a single major release, these were focused improvements that together result in a clearer workflow for bookings and invoices.
In this article, we highlight the most important changes to the redesigned bookings menu and invoices menu that have been introduced over the past weeks.

The bookings menu has been restructured to better match how agencies work on a daily basis. Where you previously relied on filters and separate tabs, you now work from a single overview with clear action buttons.
These buttons immediately show which bookings require attention, such as requests, options, opportunities, and bookings with expired deadlines. You can also see which confirmed bookings do not yet have a contract, where contracts still need to be signed, and where signing deadlines have been exceeded.
With this new setup, the separate pages for contracts, options, and attentions have been removed. Their functionality has been consolidated into one central overview.

The invoices menu has also been gradually redesigned over the past weeks. With expanded filters and action buttons, it has become easier to find and follow up on invoices.
You can now immediately see which invoices still need to be sent, which are outstanding, and which are overdue. In addition, the Create tab has been updated to clearly show which bookings are still missing (partial) invoices. From this overview, you can also select multiple bookings to create combined invoices.
The previous standalone pages for drafts and overdue invoices are no longer needed, as their functionality is now fully integrated into the overview.
Together, these changes to bookings and invoices mark an important step toward a calmer and more consistent workflow in Artwin Live. All actions related to contracts and invoices are now better organized and easier to find.
In the next and final blog of this year, we will cover the additional features introduced during the same period, including Purchase Invoices, the Artist Dashboard, and Advancing (beta).
