Changelog
We have implemented a series of improvements in Artwin Live. This update mainly focuses on working faster, clearer contract and invoice flows, and resolving various reports from practice.
Bookings
- The window for creating artists has been clarified, so it is clearer whether you are creating an exclusive or non-exclusive artist.
- A search bar has been added to Bookings, so you can search faster for the event name, vanue name and client name.
- Unavailable status with a longer period are now correctly saved with the right end date.
- In the daily schedule, loading bookings has been improved, so the correct selection remains visible when you click through to an artist from a day.
- In the purchase overview, more space has been made for location data, so place/province and location information are better readable.
- In the mobile app, options and bookings can now also be deleted.
Contracts
- The email "Contract has been signed by all parties" now automatically includes a copy of the signed contract and a log file.
- You can now set a default BCC address for signed contracts, for example, for administration or an extra contact person.
- The contract flow can be configured more flexibly: checkboxes for general terms and riders can be omitted when they are not applicable.
- A default setting has been added to lock or unlock the location when sending a contract.
- Buma/Stemra agreements where the client is responsible for payment are now clearly stated in the contract terms.
- Ticketdeal budgets are now displayed correctly on the purchase contract and the booking confirmation.
- Previously locked advancing questions are no longer unnecessarily shown in the contract flow.
Booking confirmations and purchase contracts
- Booking confirmations can now show available advancing information, such as technical details and other filled-in data.
- Booking confirmations and purchase contracts now better follow the contract term and can therefore correctly receive a late status.
- In case of cancellations, relevant purchase confirmations and purchase contracts can now also be included in the cancellation confirmation.
Advancing
- Advancing forms now have an additional status Form, in addition to Internal and Contract (formerly Sendable). This allows you to send advancing forms separately from the Contracts.
- For multiple choice and selection choices, we added for an Other option, where the client can fill in their own answer.
- The timetable is now included in iCal, so timetable information is better visible in calendars.
Invoices and finances
- The overview of Creating Invoices has been improved and shows bookings more consistently and correctly.
- Bookings for which invoice creation is disabled no longer appear incorrectly in the list of invoices to be created.
- The dashboard now shows better how many invoices need to be created.
- Invoice reminders can now display both the original payment date and the new due date for the reminder.
- Received advance invoices can be processed more easily and linked to the budget.
- XML files of invoices are read better by accounting systems.
