Booking request forms are the public forms you can share with clients, venues or promoters when they want to request an artist. They are separate from advancing forms: a request form starts the booking conversation, while advancing forms collect practical details after a booking already exists.
Share the artist request form
Open the artist settings and go to Request form. The Embed form link opens the standalone request form for that artist. Use the copy button to place this link on your website, in e-mails or behind a booking button.
The Booking request page link opens the artist public booking request page. Use this when you want to share a page around the request form instead of only the form itself.
Adjust how the form is shown
The form link can be shown in an automatic, light or dark theme. You can also choose a language for the public form link. The artist settings let you disable the form or hide specific questions such as event name, budget, duration or line-up. Use Only ask for name and email when you want the shortest possible intake form.
Use widgets and the API
Website widgets and form links are the easiest way to collect incoming booking requests without building an integration. For custom websites, external systems or automated workflows, use API access to create a token and connect booking data through the API reference.
Related settings
Artist request form settings control the public form for one artist. Widget settings control how public website components and feeds are shown. API access controls which external integrations may read or write booking data.
