Invoicing
- Financial information such as invoice number, VAT settings, currency, amounts, and tax percentages can no longer be changed after an invoice has been sent.
- Apply a percentage to multiple invoice lines at once. Easily increase or decrease all visible invoice line amounts with a single action.
- Create invoices in bulk with the new Create all invoices action, instead of processing them one by one.
- Account settings now include options to:
- automatically create draft invoices from bookings
- automatically send draft invoices once the invoice date has passed
- Individual invoices can now be marked Auto send on invoice date.
- Due dates are corrected when they would otherwise end up in the past.
- Invoice reminders now wait longer before sending, preventing reminders from going out too quickly.
- You can manually create deposit invoices for events. Artwin Live automatically calculates the remaining amount that still needs to be invoiced.
- Draft invoices should be deleted instead of credited, keeping credit flows reserved for sent invoices.
- Concept invoices can be attached when sending event contracts
Artists and default deals
- Deal settings have been simplified, including clearer remainder artist fee allocation and purchase VAT settings.
- Deals can now be duplicated, making it faster to create similar deal setups.
Search
- Global search now searches bookings as well as artists, relations and invoices.
- Users can type @artist name (or artist name + [tab]) to focus search on one artist.
- With an artist selected, users can search bookings by event name, venue or date.
- Recently changed bookings are shown directly when searching within an artist.
Booking Form
Applies to new booking form only. The previous booking form will be discontinued in September 2026. Please switch to the new booking form before then.
- Users can choose a booking type, including Promotional bookings.
- Promotional bookings are shown separately in planning/calendar filters.
- Budget choices now show clearer context, including deal type and default indicators.
- Selecting a budget can also apply the matching booking type.
- Improved handling of self-bookings, visibility, discounts, VAT display and overnight booking dates.
Advancing
- Added default advancing questions that supports professional translations.
- After a booking contract is signed, main signers can now be guided to an Advancing details step.
- Advancing forms can be completed after signing, with deadlines shown where relevant.
- Optional advancing fields can stay hidden before the deadline, keeping the contract details cleaner.
- Signed agreement downloads remain available after the advancing step.
- Deleted advancing fields no longer appear on contract or advancing forms.
Planning
- Planning filter choices are remembered more consistently.
- Agencies now have a purchase bookings tab on relations, making it easier to review purchase-related bookings for a contact.
- The Opportunity booking status has been renamed to the shorter Interest label.
- You can now disctinct Promotional bookings from Performances in the Performance type field.
- You can apply the Performance type filter to Year, Bookings and Planning overview.
- Planning PDFs can be downloaded and emailed directly with the PDF attached, where the user has permission to send email.
- Planning remembers sorting/filter choices more consistently.
Purchase Invoices
- Purchase invoices now have dashboard cards for Outstanding, Overdue and Paid, which can be used as quick filters.
Insights
- Insights can include or exclude Buma from margin reporting.
- Insights now stores a more detailed Buma breakdown: purchase amount, sale amount and margin.
- Insights has improved filtering by period, agent and artist, plus export support.
Accounting (Moneybird and Exact Online)
- Invoice pages now show sync status.
- Failed invoice syncs are queued for retry when the issue may be temporary.
- Settings now support more detailed ledger mapping.
- Exact and Moneybird can use the booking performance month as the invoice line revenue period.
