In this Artwin Live Spotlight, we speak with Erik Land of Artist Capitol, a booking agency that has been providing artists, bands, DJs and live acts for a wide variety of events throughout the Netherlands since 2009.
With years of experience in the live entertainment industry, Artist Capitol helps clients find the right act while professionally guiding the entire booking process from start to finish. Clear communication, thinking along with clients and ensuring smooth workflows are central to the way they work.
Before switching to Artwin Live, the team worked with Artwin Professional. While that system already offered many useful features, they increasingly felt the need for a more modern workflow that better fits the daily reality of a booking agency today.

“For us, the biggest improvement is in overview and collaboration. Especially during busy periods, it’s incredibly valuable that everyone works with the same up-to-date information. It prevents miscommunication and creates much more peace within the planning process.”
It also improves internal collaboration.
“We can switch much faster between requests, bookings and production. Internally, it also works more smoothly because everyone has direct insight into the status of a booking.”
