To create a new booking, click the plus icon in the top-right corner and select Booking. If you want to add a private block or holiday, use Appointment. This isn’t a real booking but helps keep availability clear for your team and agency.
Event details
- Name and date – enter the event name and date.
- Duration – by default, this uses the standard duration you set in the artist’s profile.
- Status – choose between request, option, or confirmed. Options can include an expiration date.
- Own booking – useful for rehearsals, showcases, or non-commercial events.
Client and venue
- Select a client from your contacts or add a new one.
- Enter the venue or tick Venue is client if it’s the same address.
Settings
- Publication date – controls when the booking is visible on your website via widgets.
- Private event – mark if the booking should not be public.
- Apply regional exclusivity – checks conflicts based on the radius and days you set in account preferences.
- Assign to agent – assign the booking to a colleague.
Notes
- Team notes – shared with the artist and the entire team.
- Internal notes – visible only to agents.
Booking overview
Once saved, you’ll see the booking overview. Here you’ll find:
- Standard tasks you defined in your account settings (e.g., confirm rider, submit guest list).
- A complete overview of event details, client, and venue.

Each booking has multiple tabs:
Budget – create a new budget or load a default artist budget.
Details – add extra information such as guest lists, schedules, or a setlist.
Travel – create itineraries with transport, hotels, and flights.
Invoices – generate invoices directly from the booking.
Activity – track all changes and linked tasks.
This way, you keep full control of every booking detail in one place.
