With the Artwin Live WordPress plugin, you display events from Artwin Live on your WordPress website and receive booking requests. You can also add a floating booking assistant, so visitors can contact you from any page.
Install Plugin
- Go to Plugins → Add New in WordPress.
- Search for Artwin Live.
- Click on Install Now and then on Activate.
- Then go to Settings → Artwin Live.
Link Your Artwin Live Account
Open the page Settings → Artwin Live in WordPress and start linking with your Artwin Live account. You will be prompted to log in to Artwin Live and grant permission for the linking.
After a successful link, you will see which Artwin Live account you are connected to and how many resources are available. Click on Refresh Widgets if you want to retrieve the available data again, for example, after you have changed settings in Artwin Live.
The WordPress integration has access to all artists in your Artwin Live account. You can choose which artists you want to share with your website via Account Settings → Integrations & AI → WordPress. After changing your selection, refresh the connection in the Artwin Live WordPress plugin to apply the changes.
Add Events and Booking Requests
You add Artwin Live components using the WordPress block editor. Open an existing page or create a new page and click on the + icon to add a block. Then search for Artwin Live.
Events
Select the Artwin Live Events block to display your tour dates or agenda on the page. In the block settings, select the desired source and choose which artists and events may be visible. Only the data you have made available in Artwin Live will be shown on your website.
Booking Requests
Select the Artwin Live Booking Form block to allow visitors to submit a booking request. Select the artists for whom a request is possible and adjust the visible fields if desired. A visitor fills in the form on your website; the request then automatically arrives in Artwin Live.
You can place multiple Artwin Live blocks on different pages, for example, an event overview on the agenda page and a booking form on the contact page.
