Managing artist team members in Artwin Live

You can access artist team settings by selecting an artist you exclusively manage in your roster (left menu). Then, click on the team members tab (middle above, under the name of the artist). As the agency owner, you are automatically listed as the owner in every artist team, giving you full control.

Adding team members

  1. Click New team member
  2. Enter name, email, and optionally phone number
  3. Send the invitation: the team member will receive an email to join

Permission levels and privileges

View only (Team member)

  • Can only see bookings they are directly involved in
  • Access can be limited to selected booking statuses (Option, Confirmed, Private booking)
  • Can only view their own assigned fee
  • No access to other team members or additional costs

View and manage (Manager)

  • Can view all bookings
  • Can create and manage their own bookings
  • Can only view their own assigned fee
    Optional extra rights:
    • Manage team members
    • View all team members and RSVP status
    • View contact details (name, phone, email)

Full access (Administrator)

  • Full access to all bookings, fees, and costs
  • Can create and edit bookings
  • Can manage team members

Suitable for tour managers or trusted roles needing full financial insight.

Roles
In addition to permission levels, you can assign a role to clarify responsibilities, such as:

  • Performer
  • Crew
  • Tour manager
  • Driver
  • Photographer
  • Videographer
  • Other role
