Managing artist settings in Artwin Live

You can access the artist settings by selecting an artist you exclusively manage from your roster (left menu). Then click the projector screen icon in the top right corner (next to your profile picture). Here you configure all details and preferences for that artist.

General
In the General section you manage the basics of the artist profile. Enter the artist’s name and contact details, add internal notes, and set default values such as performance duration and category. You can also decide whether the artist page is visible, manage RSVP permissions, and enable or disable the region check (if active in your account settings).

Profile & Presskit
This section completes the artist’s presentation. You can easily share the artist profile or presskit with a URL/link.

  • Add a description and biography
  • Upload a profile picture and cover image
  • Attach presskit files (e.g. PDFs, logos, riders)
  • Add links to websites or blogs

Contracts & Riders
Here you configure contracts and attachments. You can use one of the built-in templates or upload your own, and adjust the layout with paper size, header/footer, and additional terms.

You also upload standard attachments and the artist’s rider. When sending a contract with a standard template, the rider will be automatically included.

Setlist
The setlist defines a default repertoire. Each line represents one item, and the list is automatically applied to new bookings.

Request Form
Generate a request form to let promoters submit booking requests, for example through your website. You decide which fields to show or hide, such as event name, budget, or line-up.

Budgets
Budgets help you structure the financial side of bookings. You can set a default budget and add multiple additional budgets.

Options include:

  • Deal types: buyout, guarantee, or landed
  • Calculation methods: commission, all-in, or no budget
  • Add team members or external parties with their costs
