Requests

Text or PDF to booking with AI

With Text to Booking you can quickly convert a written booking request or pdf into data for a new booking. The AI reads the information from the request and prepares it so you can check the data before making a booking.

Open the feature via the AI icon in the top right corner. In the window, you can paste a request text or add a pdf.

Pasting text or adding a pdf

Copy the request text from an email, for example, and press CMD-V on a Mac or CTRL-V on Windows. The analysis will then start automatically.

Did you receive the request as a file? Click on Click to upload a file to choose a pdf, or drag the pdf into the box. Only pdf files are supported. The analysis will also start automatically after adding a pdf.

You do not need to keep the window open during the analysis. The window will close once the processing has started. You can continue working in Artwin Live.

When the analysis is ready

Once the analysis is ready, you can reopen the last analyzed request via the AI icon. This will open the request window. Here you will see the data extracted from the text or pdf, such as artist, date and time, event, requester, location, and any comments.

Check the data carefully. Artwin Live searches for matches with artists, relationships, and locations already in your account. You can use a found match, create a new artist, relationship, or location, or temporarily use data when that fits better.

Making a booking

Select Create Booking when the data is correct. The window for a new booking will open with the data from the analysis. Check and complete the booking before saving it.

After creating, you can send an option confirmation to the requester from the booking.

Good to know: the AI helps with transferring data, but always check whether the artist, date, location, contact details, and financial arrangements are correct before sending or confirming the booking.
