Before you can send a contract, you need to create a template and link it to your artist. You can read how to do this in our earlier article: Creating and setting your first contract template in Artwin Live.
Adding a contract to a booking
- Open a booking in your planning.
- In the overview, click the edit icon next to Contract (or directly in the contract field).
- You will now see:
- The pre-selected template linked to the artist.
- The option to add a rider (as long as you uploaded the rider in the artist profile)
- The possibility to edit the contract specifically for this booking.
Note: A rider can only be automatically included if the rider-condition ({% if riders %}) is still part of your template.
Saving and sending the contract
- Once you are satisfied with the contract, click Save.
- Then click Send.
- An email window opens where you can:
- Adjust the subject and message text.
- See the contract automatically attached.
- Add additional attachments if necessary.
Signing with sign-me
Signing is handled through our integrated software: sign-me.
- The client receives the contract digitally.
- They can sign it immediately with an electronic signature.
- You’ll be notified once the contract is signed.
- Afterwards, you can countersign the contract digitally yourself.
This ensures a fast, secure, and transparent contract process – without the need for external tools.
Send contract and invoices simultaneously
Already created an invoice for this booking? We will attach the invoice to the contract e-mail automatically.
