Manage your widgets in Artwin Live

Widgets allow you to easily integrate booking requests and schedules into external platforms such as your website or social media. You can find the widget settings by clicking on your avatar in the top right corner and selecting Widgets (under Account settings).

When creating a widget, you can define:

  • Title → recognizable internal name.
  • Future visibility → how many days ahead should be visible (0 = unlimited).
  • Widget type → choose how and where you want to integrate the information.

Available widget types

  • Facebook Tab: embed your schedule or booking form directly into your Facebook page.
  • Calendar sync (iCalendar): connect your schedule to external calendars like Google Calendar or Outlook.
  • Website Tourdates widget (HTML iframe): embed your schedule on your website with an iframe.
  • WordPress Tourdates plugin: official plugin for WordPress websites (requires separate installation).
  • XML, JSON, RSS: technical feeds for advanced integrations, such as custom websites or apps.
