Have you already created a separate booking and want to use it as a starting point for an event? Then you can immediately create an event from that booking. You can then link new or existing bookings to the same event.
Creating an event from an existing booking
Open the existing booking and click on the menu with the three dots in the upper right corner. Choose Create event. Artwin Live will create a new event and immediately open the event page.
The booking is immediately linked to the new event. Artwin Live will use the name of the booking, or if it's missing, the location, as the event name. The date, client, contact person, responsible agent, and visibility of the booking will also be used as a basis for the event.
Check the details on the event page. Click on Edit to adjust the event name, client, customer reference, responsible agent, or event status, for example.
Adding an existing booking to an event
Open the event and go to General. Click on Bookings and then on Existing booking. In the Add existing booking window, you will see the available bookings from the client of the event.
Use the search field to search for artist, event, or location. Check one or more bookings and click on Add selection. After refreshing the page, the selected bookings will appear in the event overview.
Good to know
Client required: the list of existing bookings is available when a client is set for the event. Check this via Edit if you do not see any bookings in the list.
Data synchronized: when you link an existing booking to an event, that booking will adopt the event name, client, contact person, customer reference, responsible agent, and visibility from the event.
Booking from another event: if you choose a booking that already belongs to another event, it will be linked to the current event.
