We’re continuously expanding and improving Artwin Live. This week, another update is ready with a set of useful new features.
You can now work with standard tasks and contact categories. This makes it easier to organize everything and effectively turns Artwin Live into your default to-do list. On top of that, advance invoices can now be generated automatically, saving you time and preventing scattered administration. Finally, the region conflict module has been updated to include estimated routes and travel times. A handy improvement not only for bookers, but also for artists who want to quickly assess their planning on the road.
Default tasksIn your account settings, you can now create default tasks and link them to every new booking. This way, you don’t have to recreate the same checklist over and over again. At a glance, you’ll see which steps still need to be completed and can assign tasks directly to a team member or agent, complete with a deadline. If a task isn’t needed for a specific booking, you can simply remove it from that booking’s overview.
Contact categories
As a first step toward a larger update in relationship management, you can now add categories to your contacts. You’ll find this option when creating or editing a contact, under details. This allows you to organize contacts into logical groups, filter and search your network more easily, and maintain a clear overview when working with different types of clients, artists, or partners.
Advance payment invoices
Following the recent expansion of deal management, we’ve introduced further improvements. The deal type (the name displayed on the contract) and the calculation method (how the deal is structured) are now separated. This gives you more flexibility: you can define how your deals are calculated while still ensuring the correct label appears on your contracts.
On the financial side, an important new option has been added. You can now activate an advance payment invoice and generate it directly from your bookings. In the background, the remaining balance is tracked automatically, so when you create a final balance invoice, the calculation is already filled in for you. This makes handling advance payments and final settlements faster and much more straightforward.
Improved region conflicts
Previously, booking conflicts, such as regional or date conflicts, were calculated based on a simple radius. This meant you often still needed Google Maps to see the actual travel route and time involved. With this update, conflicts are now visually supported with direct routes, estimated distance in kilometers, and an indication of travel time. This gives you a clearer picture right away and makes planning faster and more reliable, without leaving Artwin Live.
